Project Description:
Located at the corner of Greenpoint and Manhattan Avenues in Brooklyn, this project revitalizes an old building introducing new features and services while preserving the neighborhood's flavor and character. The renovation includes a new restaurant, residential apartments and quality office spaces, bringing fresh life and culture to the area.
Our task was to clearly showcase our client's goals and vision. After carefull consideration we decided on a detailed, moody dusk scene, producing two distinct images. We used a state-of-the-art game engine to create a short animation and a real-time virtual walkthrough.
